After being in the beauty industry for 20 years and having done commission, renting, owning a top salon spa, and now opening luxury studio spaces. I have experienced it all.

My driving force was to create beautiful spaces that were designed to support a high-end luxury experience without the high upfront costs of a brick and mortar.

I saw Monroe as a place of community, where like-minded professionals who share in that same vision of the client experience, would have opportunities to collaborate, cross promote and connect. While having an array of amenities to support their business.

Why not have incredible practitioners, who share in the same values for their businesses, all house in one location, so that clients have access to all of these services in one place. More convenience for clients. More exposure for businesses.

Since we opened, our space continues to evolve, from dine in, to event space. To new business categories that align with our vision and values and who share the same target market.
