HOW IS A MONROE STUDIO DIFFERENT FROM OTHER CO-WORKING SPACES?

WHAT SIZES ARE THE STUDIOS?

The studios range in size from 90- 200 sq. ft. Options to expand in size with longer lease terms.

HOW MUCH DO I HAVE TO PAY TO SECURE A SPACE?

The requirement to secure your space is first month’s rent and  security deposit equal to one month’s rent.

WHAT ARE THE AMENITIES?

To name a few -on premise washers & dryers, access to your suite 24/7/365, security cameras, utilities including heat, electricity, water, Wi-Fi, building maintenance fees, booking app, members lounge, client events and programming, marketing on our website and in house lobby promotional screen.

CAN I SHARE A SINGLE STUDIO WITH ANOTHER PROFESSIONAL?

Yes! One member will be responsible for the lease agreement but you can work with your team, other colleagues and other businesses within your one studio.
