Because we are a brand new building we expect there will be very few issues that arise with maintenance and repair within the first year. We do have builder warranty for the first year, once our building is two years old we will have building maintenance come perform regular maintenance checks.

MENTORSHIP PROGRAM

Members are asked to park in the far west row of the parking lot, off street parking or the Canadian Tire parking lot, leaving the first three rows in front of the building for valued guests. See below the highlighted map for reference.

+ Where do I park? Is there parking for my Guests?

The facility will be open to the public daily from 8:30am until 7:00pm. Lease Holder Members will have key fob access to the facility 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They are to remain the only person with key fob access, the key fob is not to be shared. The facility does have an alarm which is set by the last member upon leaving.
 

+ What are the facility hours and when is the alarm set?


At this time, there will be a sign-up sheet in the members lounge where you can pick a date and time to use the washer and dryers. We are in the process of creating an app to schedule your laundering times through there.

+ How do I sign up to use the washer and dryer?


Rent is due the first Monday of each week and will be automatically withdrawn from your bank account. Please refer to your lease agreement for full details.

+ When is rent due?

Yes, please ensure that you clean your floor with vinegar and water only using a microfibre cloth. And do not soak the floors to ensure you don’t ruin the wood around the doors. Please refer to the policy in your members portal or Business Builder Kit for full details.

+ Are there special instructions for cleaning my studio?

Please ensure you have your verification code and ID ready for proof of membership.

Pinnacle- Key fob is $15.00 to replace plus a $30 service call fee. To schedule a replacement, submit a request through your members portal.
